I done this the other day an i t was lovely

Wedgies done in the oven

put the mince in the pan/drain of the fat add peppers and mushrooms and mild chile sauce cook for about 10 minutes

put the wedgies on a plate pour the contents of the pan onto the wedgies an away ya go..lovely lovely
